Return & Refund Policy


At Hegichi, we commit to exceptional craftsmanship and a refined boutique experience. If your selection is not entirely to your satisfaction, we welcome you to return or exchange your eligible item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be sent back in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn & Unaltered: Items must show no signs of wear, use, or alteration.

  • Original Packaging: Original box and all protective packaging must be included intact.

  • Tags Attached: All security tags, brand tags, and labels must remain completely attached and undisturbed.

⚠️ Exclusions: Please note that customized pieces, altered items, or bespoke commissions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping & Return Logistics

  • Return Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

  • No Prepaid Labels: Please note that Hegichi does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Clients are responsible for arranging their own shipping method and covering the associated postage.

  • Tracking Required: We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service . Hegichi is not responsible for packages that are lost, misrouted, or damaged in transit back to our studio.

How to Initiate Your Return

1.Notify Our Team:Within 14 days.

Email our concierge team at support@hegichi.com with your order number to notify us of your return and receive the correct studio return address.

2.Package Your Selection:Secure packing.

Place your items back into their original designer packaging, and secure them safely inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Include a note with your order number inside.

3.Ship Your Package:Arrange shipping.

Take the package to your preferred courier, purchase a tracked shipping service, and send the package to the address provided by our team. Returns must be shipped within the 14-day window.

 

Refunds & Processing

Once your return arrives at our studio, it will undergo a dedicated quality inspection. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Upon approval, your refund will be issued immediately to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit is processed. Please note that your financial institution may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
